Two clicks and one slide to enter data, super easy

I was specifically looking for a weight tracking app that required the least amount of work to enter data (because the more steps it takes to enter data, the less likely I am to keep tracking for months on end). This was the easiest app I could find. One click into the app, one click to edit your current weight for the day, and then select current weight with a slide. Much easier than entering weight number by number.

Accomplishes what others are incapable of

Finally there is the perfect app for keeping track of basic body metrics. While no other app on the Store seems to be able to offer easy handling and a beautiful UI at the same time, this one does! Data points are added in a straight-forward UI and can be viewed as day/month/year plots for each data curve separately. Additional stickers on each entry are great to tag the day and its influence on the data and if thats not enough you can always add notes in plain text. Export as CSV makes im/exporting your data a cakewalk and an additional passcode keeps your personal data safe from prying eyes. Fantastic!

All You Need

Great App for tracking your progress in terms of bodyfat and muscle mass. Much better than any other apps I tested. The only thing Id like to have is a ffmi integration. Nevertheless great app with great design! Big thanks to the creators!

Great little app

Works very well and lets you track metrics that other apps dont. Features Id like to see added, because my scale measures them: - track body fat in lbs - track bone mass % - track water weight % Also something is a little buggy in the chart view, its hard to see multiple days or weeks (more than two data points). Id like an all-time view as well, to track progress from beginning to end.

I very much enjoy the UI of this app, but I wish it let you link to the Withings scale. If it did that then I would consider it my go-to weight tracking app.

Great app! One additional minor feature would make it perfect....

I use a body comp scale and as most people know a persons weight and other related values determined by such scales is determined by ones electrical conductivity. The more hydrated you are of course the more you weigh (what I would call good weight). Id love to see data entry field for % water. To work around this limitation I enter water percentage in the notes feild but since this is not tracked I cant see the value graphed. Finally if you want to go superstar with the app love to see an attempt made to try to normalize data based upon hydration. This would eliminate much of the daily fluctuations in values and produce a more representative data comparison. Thanks again and you cant go wrong with this app and its integration to Apple Health!

This App played a crucial role in helping me reach my target weight. Love it!

Simple

It does exactly what I was looking for. I want to be able to enter and graph my body weight and fat percentage daily using a single screen to input the data and be able to graph it. Done.

Simple and Easy

Ive been using this app to reach my weight goal. Easy to use. I like the daily reminder. (Wouldnt mind an option to set weigh-in intervals). I like how when it reminds you to weigh-in, it also tells you how far you are from goal. When you rotate the device, you can see a graph of your progress.

Easy to use. Simple but chic design. Love the fat and muscle options. I could really track my body after junk food or big meal or vacation. I have vivofit and iPhone but Will continue use this app.

Almost perfect

I use this app to keep trAck of my progress and just by using it every morning, i see my results. I know that weight and body fat percentage is connected to Apple Health Via recstyle, but is there Any way to incorporate *Muscle mass percentage* into apple health as well Or am i asking too much? On another note, is it possible to add *water* as an optional trackable body composition? This would be extremely helpful.

Great app and helps me a lot

An excellent tracker!

What I was looking for was a simple way to keep up with my weight as I worked towards my goal. When I got was simplicity and the ability to take notes regarding my diet, my workouts, and my daily habits which would all be included in the graph which I didnt expect. Its an awesome feeling to look back at that graph since I started and to see the downward trend as I lost 37 pounds! I also had the added ability to track my BM I and percentage of body fat. I will continue using this app, not just to track my weight, but to see trans-in my lifestyle. Thank you for this incredibly easy to use app :-)
